The Compassionate Divorce Attorney

Welcome to the Law Office of Kristen Kaffer, PLLC and our blog, The Compassionate Divorce Attorney.  At the Law Office of Kristen Kaffer, we understand the stress and heartache that family law matters often involve.

Many family law attorneys use the term “aggressive” to describe their practice.  Do not assume that a “compassionate”  attorney cannot be an “aggressive” attorney.  What makes us different than many other family law firms is our belief that “compassion” should come before any other adjective an attorney chooses to describe him or herself.  While many self-described “aggressive” attorneys are primarily focused on the opposing side, we are primarily focused on our clients.  This approach has created optimum results and happy clients for our firm.

In the coming months, this blog will provide substantive content on Arizona family law topics.  This first blog post, however, is to communicate our firm’s basic policy and practice of client-focused family law representation.  We also wanted to further explain our blog’s (some might say) unusual title and clear up any misconceptions about our use and interpretation of the term “compassionate.”

Every client’s matter is important and we strive to make you feel important from the moment you contact us.  If your matter requires well-timed and properly channeled aggression we are ready, willing and able to zealously defend and further your case. But, first and foremost, at the Law Office of Kristen Kaffer, we understand that compassion and empathy are indispensable in any good family law attorney/client relationship.
